Central to her work is creating spaces for open dialogue where people are invited to see deeply, appreciate diverse perspectives, cultivate empathy, and dive into transformative reflection.
She invites to step beyond familiar perspectives. Through the lens, people discover new ways to see, feel, reflect, and take action - often uncovering the bigger picture that was always there, waiting to be noticed.

Markus works as a coach, facilitator, and human being toward a world where the individual and the collective, the personal and the professional, unfold in deeper resonance and alignment.
He joins the growing stream of people who recognise that transforming the many interconnected crises we face – material, mental, and spiritual – into something more life-giving than what we have today requires nothing less than a paradigm shift in practice: a new orientation toward aliveness, starting now.
He works with processes and methods, energy and presence, with those who are ready to embrace the difficult yet powerful threshold where the old recedes and the new is just beginning to emerge.

Our initiative fosters conscious, heart-centered leadership through self-awareness, empathy, and the art of facilitation. Participants learn to hold space, navigate group dynamics, and lead with courage and compassion, guiding others to explore, share, and co-create solutions. Part of the WorkCoopHub project under SMartDe eG and BMWK’s IGP funding, our Open Space Experience nurtures tomorrow’s leaders by combining inner wisdom with collaborative artistry.
