Belonging Builders Upskilling Session: Strong Foundations through Self-Leadership

We will reflect on our journeys as community builders, share successes and challenges, plan actions, and recognise what we need at this moment for our projects and ourselves. We will explore the definition of our values and discuss how to integrate them into our communities. Afterwards, we will dive into our mission & vision. This is a hands-on, self-leadership format, including individual and group work dynamics.

Belonging Builders Trainers Team

The workshop is part of Amplifying Belonging in Berlin by SINGA Berlin - a community initiative that empowers newcomers and long-time Berliners to co-create a more inclusive city. Belonging Builders Trainers Team design and deliver practical workshops that equip Belonging Builders with the tools, methods, and skills needed to bring their initiatives to life, sharing knowledge and fostering peer learning for the community and with the community.
